Water challenge!

Have you had your water today?

60% of our body is water

Water helps with hydration,

Drinking water is very important it is very important to our body, there’s a study that showed that each individual should consume half their body weight in ounces of water.

Therefore, if your weight is 160 lbs, that means you should consume 80 ounces of water!

Wow! that’s a lot right?

Is it hard for you to drink water each day? Well, it is for me too.

So I’ve started a water drinking Challenge which was just completed.
