Living a healthy life can be very challenging for many of us, but I think once we start and stay consistent we will eventually do it without an itch.
For many us Exercising is very difficult ….1. To start.
2. To stay consistent.
The key word is CONSISTENT!
As for me I try to run a race every Sturday or sometimes Sunday mornings before church ( once the race is early).
