I love running, especially on the weekends I will participate in a 10k or 5k race which I usually do enjoy. Ever since I gave birth to my daughter it seems like these few pounds stick to me. I really do need to get rid of them as soon as possible. What steps do you guys usually take to loose unwanted pounds?

i work with mostly women and many of them diet or at least try to. lol but, many say weight watchers is the best

I’ve never tried Weight watchers, but I try to do long runs even though I get lazy somtimes.
